Nice job capturing the “moment.” The results should elevate the Az wine industry up another notch as it strives for domestic recognition. By the way, keep an eye out for the ’09’s. It was a vintage characterized by little rainfall, allowing for ideal irrigation when necessary while circumventing mold from a vigorous monsoon. Daytime temps were quite warm but the nights cooled well allowing for perfect grape maturation. I’ve barrel tasted Kent’s (Callaghan) lots and all are impressive. Salud..
